Welcome Ann Marie, keep it up, your doing great. I do flex but have been thinking about trying Core for a week or two. Just havn't been able to convience myself though. I like being able to eat anything as long as I count it.

I've only been a memeber of 3FC for a short amount of time but so far have enjoyed it. As the ladies have said you should come and join us on the weekly Core Thread.
on the weight loss. I used to do the Flex plan but started the Core plan when I rejoined WW this year and I love it. So much easier than counting points all day long
