Monday's Munchies - Jan 15 menu

  • Here goes!

    Breakfast: oatmeal w/splenda, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: packed a big vat of chicken soup w/2 matzo balls - not sure if this is enuf? so I also packed up some LO chicken salad w/lettuce and sliced tomatoes - now this sounds like too much???

    Snack: apple, yogurt

    Dinner: probably roast chicken, potatoes, broccoli/cauliflower
