Not core for sure - but I need to write this down - it always seems worse when I don't!
Breakfast: 2 slices ww toast, margarine, 1 hb egg/lf mayo, lettuce, sliced tomato, decaf
Snacks (out shopping): flavored water, pretzels
Decaf w/cream, sample taste of chocolate chip cookie
Home snacks: slice dark rye, liverwurst, diet pepsi
salsa/avocado mix w/organic tortilla chips
Dinner: 1 cola chicken thigh, scoop of brown basmati rice
More flavored water
Snack: lf yogurt, banana
TAPE THE MOUTH SHUT AT 9 PM!
