  • before breakfast: WATER!

    Breakfast: 1 slice toast w/margarine, 1 slice lf cheese, fruit salad, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: rustic vegetable soup, 1 slice rye bread, diet pepsi

    Snack: pretzels, bottled water

    Out for Dinner: miso soup, salad w/ginger dressing, teriyaki shrimp/rice/veggies

    Movie: diet coke!
