seems odd to type 007. i think the new bond movie should have waited to come out this year.

here's my foods. they're more flore than core.

b--cheerios, ff milk, splenda
l--homemade core enchiladas/almost ff chili
s--orange
d--chicken, green beans, 1 new potato, ff gravy

b: co-co wheats (probably not technically core, but close), skim milk
l: salad w/strips of LO Froufie roast (wow, that roast is good!), skim milk
s: ff cottage cheese w/canned peaches
d: not sure...family is having mac & cheese, I won't.
