B: lf yogurt and banana
L: left over ham and an apple...should us some points since it is honeybaked ham
D: was going to make pot roast until I realized how much ham is left over. I think I'll try to just have a big salad and give DH the ham.
Snacks: lots of water and some fruit and yogurt.
Thankfully, I'm not very hungry today (sorry, Frouf) and all the water is really helping.
