not that great a menu but at least I did NOT pig out today (and I am away from the office so no temptations around).
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice dry toast, tea w/milk and splenda
Lunch: subway - 6 inch subway club, diet dr pepper
Dinner: bowl of rustic potato/vegetable soup, 4 slices baguette w/tofu spread
Movie - popcorn, diet coke.
I WAS SHAPED TO BECOME A VERY SPECIAL AND UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL!!!
