Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, double serving of peaches, equal
Lunch: Farina made with skim and equal
Dinner: Mixed field greens, black olives, red onions salad with balsamic vinagrette (healthy olive oil), Butt steak, ww pasta with smart balance light (points), double serving of fresh cauliflower
Snack: Big mug of hot tea with skim and equal
