I know this is a silly question but I'm new

  • What does CORE mean?

    I am new to Weight Watchers.

  • They'll explain it in your meetings -- but basically WW has a relatively new program where you have your choice of Flex or Core. Flex counts points and Core doesn't.

    That's a very simplified answer, I know, but you'll get all sorts of handouts in the meeting and your leader should be able to give you the details.

  • With core you have a certain food list that you choose from. Healthy whole foods and you don't count points. The thoery is you only eat till you are no longer hungry and you are eating healthy foods so there are less triggers.
    Listen to your leader and ask a lot of questions. Good luck on your journey.
