Default Kidney Bean Salad

Does anyone have a good Core kidney bean salad recipe? I'm going to my Sister's for her official birthday party celebration and the food largely won't be Core. She serves sandwhiches. I'm bringing tuna salad for myself and have been wanting to try making kidney bean salad.

I found relish made with splenda so I'm all set but I'm a recipe kind of girl.

I just found this on allrecipes.com. I have never heard of kidney bean salad!

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained
1/2 onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
Place eggs in a saucepan with enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain, cool, peel, and chop.
In a bowl, mix the hard-cooked eggs, kidney beans, onion, celery, relish, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.

Thanks, Melissa. I can't ever remember finding celery in the ones I've eaten. I guess I could leave it out. Isn't it cool? All Core if I substitute FF mayo.

I get it at Jewel/Albertson's. Maybe you can ask them to order it for you. You can order it on the website, I think.
