Nope, the ground beef has to be 93% or leaner, and the parmesan has to be fat-free or you'll have to count the points for it. Since parmesan is 3 points for 1 oz. and I guess there are 8 oz. in a cup (dry measure) and you're using 1/4 cup, that would be 2 oz., or 6 points.
Cruise, it's illegal to post the Core foods list, but I'm sure if you do a Google search you can find most of the info you need. Also, reading the recipe threads and our posted menus might give you more insight too.
Good luck with the program! It's encouraging that you're already trying to figure out recipes and such -- it's not that hard to figure out but does require quite a bit of planning.
