Who Knew! Wrapless wrap!

Lol.... maybe I am just slow, but today I was totally craving a sandwich/wrap type lunch. Not wanting to use any points I just wrapped FF mayo, tuna, and tomato in green leaf lettuce. It was delicious. 3 tuna rolls and some FF cottage cheese was an extremely filling and satisfying lunch. :D

Anyone else have any ideas for bread/wrap free sandwich thingys??

I posted a link a while back to one from Kraft ( you can probably find it on the Kraft page if you search).

Many sandwiches can be done that way...also look on low carb websites for lettuce wrap sandwiches.

Back when I was on FLEX, I would eat ham slices (regular Oscar Mayer cooked ham) spread with low-fat cream cheese, rolled up, and dipped in salsa. Sounds sorta yucky when you see it in writing, but it was really good!

It could probably be adapted somehow for CORE, maybe by using FF cheese slices.

a sandwich wrap sounds so good! Especially with tuna! Thanks for the idea, I've been getting tired of my lunches lately so this will be a great idea for next week! :)

My Mother sent me to school in the 70's with lettuce sandwhiches (lettuce in place of the bread) and I was scarred emotionally for life!!!! All the kids made fun of me. This is a really good idea....I just couldn't do it if you put a gun to my head!!! I know...blame everything on the Mother!
