If you like sweet potatoes...

Pre Heat oven to 375
Cut them into strips like French Fries
Place on a baking sheet
Sprinkle Splenda, and cinnoman on them
bake until soft.

They are great

Hi~I'm not a regular to these threads, but the title caught my eye from the home page and I just wanted to add that I like to take the same idea only instead of cinnamon/splenda, I shake the fries in a baggie with a packet of taco seasoning and cayenne pepper and bake the same way....a sweet/spicy yum-yum! I don't normally care for sweet potatoes myself but I love these!

These are a really nice alternative to baked sweet potatoes!

I make mine into jojos and use Lowrys Season salt/1 tbsp olive oil. I have found that the jojos have to be cooked around 425 degrees or they won't brown.

I just have to ask ... what are "jojos?" I'm from the South and have never heard of them. Thanks! :)
