1 pound asparagus
1 pound mushrooms 1 bunch scallions/green onions 1/2 zucchini 1/2 yellow squash 1/4 c. oive oil 2 T. Italian seasonings 3 garlic cloves - crushed Stir-fry all until tender. Serve with fresh grated parmesan cheese. You can also add chicken or italian sausage to this dish. In addition, you can serve it over cooked spaghetti squash. |
