zucchini or yellow squash
i spray a bowl big enough for ur veggies to fit in with olive oil pam, add salt and pepper and add ur veggies cut up in bite size pieces and put in the microwave for about 4min adjust ur time with ur microwave but my son and husband like them this way to and it is a fast way to cook a veggie
