Sauteed Brussel Sprouts
(Sorry I don't have exact quantities. Hey cooking is not rocket science, its about being creative and making what you like.)
garlic, crushed, 1 or 2
fresh brussel sprouts, cut in 1/2 lengh wise, after cutting off ends and removing outer leave if brown or spotted. (guess you could use frozen)
onion, sliced, separated into rings (I used 2, we like onion)
red pepper, diced (optional)
put olive oil in fry pan, heat.
add garlic and saute for 1 minute
add brussel sprouts, onions and 1/4 cup water
cover with lid and cook til as soft as you like, may need to add a little more water.
add red pepper and cook for 1 more minute
