I package frozen spinach, drained
4 tbsp. sesame oil
2 heaping tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. white vinegar
salt to taste
Make sure that the spinach is well drained otherwise the rest of the ingredients will make it very watery. Mix all remaining ingredients with the spinach very well and set aside coverd with plastic wrap for about 2 hours to let the flavours blend. Serve cold--very delicious with beef or pork!
