2 10-ounce packages frozen broccoli cuts, cooked with salt and pepper to taste
1 8-ounce package Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup salted water until tender. Drain if more than 1/2 cup liquid remains, add the butter and cheese. Stir until melted and blended together. Put into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered in a 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
NOTE: Spinach is good prepared this way too.
