1 1/4 cups of broccoli
1 cup cherry tomato halves
2 stalks celery, bias-sliced cut into small pieces
3 oz. swiss cheese, or any other preferred cheese
1/4 cup of almond pieces
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. cream
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
1/4 tsp. salt (may vary depending on cheese used)
dash of black pepper
Toss broccoli flowerets in a bowl with tomatoes, celery, almonds and cheese.
In another bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream, dillweed , salt and a dash of pepper. Mix mayonnaise mixture with vegetable
mixture. Toss and chill. Serve on lettuce lined plates. Serves 6.
