4 large clerey stalks, chopped
1/2 head cauliflower, washed and chopped
1/3 pound crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Place the celery and cauliflowerinot a large bowl and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine bacon, cream, sour cream, parsely, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Pour mixture over the celery and cauliflower and toss until all of the vegetables are coated.
