CHEESE & VEGETABLE SALAD
1/3 C. fat free sour cream
1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayo
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 C. broccoli florets
2 C. cauliflower florets
1 C. thawed tiny peas
1 C. shredded low-fat sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 red onion finely chopped
3 slices of bacon--cooked crispy and crumbled.
In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayo, & lemon juice.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, peas, cheese, & onion. (Toss to coat)
Refridgerate covered until chilled. 1-2 hours
Serve sprinkled with bacon.
