2. Place the mushroom (smooth side down)in a baking dish.
3. Pour the dressing over the mushrooms.
4. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes, turning once.
5. Grill for 5-7 minutes turning once.
6. Slice and serve on salads, sandwiches, or pizza.
I have made this on my BBQ grill and also on my George Foreman grill also!
Sounds Yummy!!!!
How many points?
I just made grilled portabella this week also. Mine were zero points.
I marinated the portabellas in fat free italian dressing for 10 minutes. Then placed them on the grill and sprinkled with some Lawrys Steak Seasoning. Grilled about 4 minutes, turned and sprinkled the other side with steak seasoning. Grilled 4 minutes. Yum Yum. This part is zero points and then we put on 1 point buns, toasted. And topped with lettuce, tomato and pickles. So good.
I just saw this recipie earlier in one of my ww cookbooks. I am going camping this weekend and thought I would pre-cook these for a quick heat up or have as a cold side dish. yum
