I made some roasted asparagus last night and even my husband LOVED it! Wash one bunch fresh asparagus and snap off the tough ends. On a baking sheet, toss them with 1 Tb olive oil, then sprinkle with Spike (a fabulous salt-free seasoning) and lite salt. Spread in a single layer in the pan and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Wonderful!
