Default Spanish Style Greenbeans

I made this last night from a low carb cookbook I have and it was delicious. You may want to adjust the olives and capers to your liking!!

-1/2 lb green beans, cut into 2 inch pieces
-1/2 green pepper, chopped
-1/2 C seeded, chopped tomato (or canned if you want)
-1/2 onion, chopped
-1 T garlic, finely chopped
-1 T olive oil
-1 1/2 T chopped green olives (I use the spanish style)
-1 T capers chopped
-1/2 tsp olive juice--optional--(from the olives you use)
-salt and pepper to taste

Add oil, green beans, green pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to a hot skillet. Cook about five minutes then cover and cook stirring occasionally until beans are crisp tender. Add olives, juice if using, and capers. Cook another 2 or 3 minutes. Enjoy!!!
