Creamy Garlic Smashed Cauliflower Ph 1

    1. Steam Cauliflower According to Package
    2. Put Cottage cheese and Minced garlic in the food processor Puree.
    3. Add Steamed Cauliflower as processor allows (mine is small)
    4. Pour in Bowl and salt pepper and cheese to taste
    Makes 4 servings
    Soo good Killed my mashed potato cravings and excellent frosting for meatloaf!

    I bet a roasted head of garlic mashed in there with it would also be yummy .....I love roasted garlic
