1 head broccoli cut into florets
1 small yellow pepper, cored and diced
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp Emeril's southwest seasoning
In saucepot over high heat, bring 2 inces water to a boil. Add broccoli. Cover and steam 5 min or until crisp tender. Place pepper and tomatoes in colander, drain broccoli over pepper and tomatoes to soften. Return vegetables to saucepot. Over high heat, add olive oil, garlic and southwest seasoing. Cook 2 min or until heated through.
