1lb asparagus, 2tsp olive oil, 1/2tsp salt, 1/4tsp pepper, 1/4c grated parm cheese
heat oven to 425-- place asparagus on a nonstick baking sheet, drizzle w/ olive oil, salt and pepper--toss to coat. Bake for 10 min, then toss again; sprinkle w/ cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
