Creamy Cucumber Salad

5 cups sliced or chopped cucumber (I slice thin with a mandolin)
1 cup LF sour cream
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried dill
Salt & pepper, to taste

Place cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. This will draw moisture out of the cucumbers and help thin the dressing. Mix remaining ingredients well, pour over cucumbers and mix thoroughly, taste and add more salt/pepper if necessary.
