8 oz container whole mushrooms
6 wedges Laughing Cow Light cheese, any flavor
Wipe mushrooms off with damp towel. Remove stems; set aside. Unwrap cheese wedges and put in a bowl. Microwave 30 seconds to soften slightly. Chop mushroom stems into small pieces. Mix with cheese.
Spoon cheese mixture into mushroom caps. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned.
