It's MONDAY!!!! Let's get busy.
Did 45 minutes on TM this morning. My walking buddy baled on me today, but she talked with me for a bit without any walking on her end. After hanging up with her I did two 100-step jogs and three 50-step jogs. The 50-step jogs take about 36 seconds. So now I have a base to go on according to time. So if my calculations are correct, I jogged 4.2 minutes of my 45 minute workout today.
Have a good day all you movers and shakers. Hope there is less shaking on all of us each time we hit the pavement, gravel road, TM, gym, or whatever!

Strength #1
I did about 25 minutes of strength and ab work. My hamstring is really bothering me so I am laying off from running for another day.

MONDAY
Despite sore ankles for some unknown reason
I got out and did my 4.5 miles in 54:49.
Time to go to my yoga class!!!!

So far this week...
Yesterday was 65 minutes on the treadmill....40 minutes mowing..and a 1.5 mile walk with a friend.
This morning 65 minutes on the treadmill.

I am so pooped. I mowed for about 50 minutes today. I knew I still needed to walk tonight but was only able to do 35 minutes. I probably could have pushed but soooooooo tired.

Tuesday Morning---
Did 37 minutes on the TM this morning. Got in my 4 minutes 12 seconds of jogging.

Really didn't feel like going out today but managed to finally get out there a little after 9am, when it was already hotter, which serves me right. Just walked, too me 1hr2 minutes and 49 seconds to get in my 4.5miles - with a time like that you can see I wasn't motivated!!!

Did 65 minutes on the treadmill. I'm still kinda tired. May have to slow down a bit and let the body rest some. But glad to get it done.
