Hope you all are have a great day. I am new to this board.
I have been on SB for three months. I have lost thirty pounds
so far. I love the diet. I am never hungry.

I have tried many diets before and no worked. This one is a
way of life. I can go out and eat and no one can tell I am
dieting. I have choices to choose from in every eating place I
go to.
I have gone down from a size 14 to a 12. I goal is another 10 pounds and size 10.
These last 10 pounds will be hard to loose.
I have a back problem and can not do exercises. But the loss
of weight has helped the stress on it.
Hope to hear from you soon. Can't wait to read some tips
and recipes from you all. I have reading up on SB and recipes
to try. It has become a hobby to me.
