Was hard, but got out there and did my 4.5 miles. Couldn't jog much, was late, was stiff, but at least I went

Default TUESDAY

Did my 4.5 miles even though I really didn't want to go and almost didn't. Was surprised to have a decent time too, 52:40, don't know how I got away with that time!

Tuesday- Well finally could get back on the treadmill..Still weak but at least I did 15 min...

Default Hello

Hello to you all:
Hope you all are have a great day. I am new to this board.
I have been on SB for three months. I have lost thirty pounds
so far. I love the diet. I am never hungry. (3X10)
I have tried many diets before and no worked. This one is a
way of life. I can go out and eat and no one can tell I am
dieting. I have choices to choose from in every eating place I
go to.
I have gone down from a size 14 to a 12. I goal is another 10 pounds and size 10.
These last 10 pounds will be hard to loose.
I have a back problem and can not do exercises. But the loss
of weight has helped the stress on it.
Hope to hear from you soon. Can't wait to read some tips
and recipes from you all. I have reading up on SB and recipes
to try. It has become a hobby to me.

Congrats on your great loss. You are right, SB is great!

Today I did 100 ab crunches. I haven't been exercising this week so I thought I better toss something in!
