Fantastic Friday Menu, December 15, 2006

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and a banana cooked in, equal

    Lunch: Farina made with skim, equal

    Dinner: Not sure

    Snack: Hot Vanilla with caramel
  • b: malt o meal, banana, Splenda, skim milk
    s: clementine
    l: ww pasta with sauce, skim milk
    s1: salad w/homemade balsamic vinagrette
    s2: sliced apple + 2T. peanut butter
    d: scrambled eggs with turkey ham, skim milk
    s: popcorn

    I'm going to try eating every 2 hours, like they suggest in the week 1 book. I think a lot of my problems occur when I get too hungry. Then my judgement goes out the window.

  • my day's eating has been weird. it's not core, but here it is.

    b--1 biscuit, ff gravy 5 pts
    l--1 slice coconut dream pie (i'm going to calculate 5 pts instead of the 3 the recipe called for)
    d--fish, green beans, ketchup (about 10 pts)
  • Non core - but at least not going nuts?

    Breakfast: 1 slice rye toast, margarine, 1 banana, decaf w/cream

    Lunch: LO salmon, steamed cauliflower/broccoli/babycarrots, 1/2 baked potato

    Snack: 1 apple, diet pepsi

    Dinner: 1 bagel, lf cream cheese, veggies (cucumber/tomato/onion slices), 1 large potato pancake, lf sour cream

    I really need to chug more water!
