My husband and I are wanting to have a baby within the next year or so, but I would like to lose 10-15lbs prior. That doesn't sound like a lot, but I have a really hard time losing weight. I'm trying to get on a schedule of walking 3-4 times a week on my treadmill and we work out at a gym once or twice a week. I feel like if I get in a routine of exercise/diet prior to getting pregnant, I'll be able to stick to it easier during and after.
