  • Trying to stay very "clean" in my food as we head toward Thanksgiving....

    b: oatmeal made with ff milk
    apple, raisins (1 point), dab of brown sugar (1 point)

    snack 1: 1 banana

    lunch: can of sardines (packed in water, drained) on toasted ww Engl. muffin (1 point), tomato paste and 1 sli. melted ff cheese
    cottage cheese with jarred grapefruit slices
    cup of ff milk

    snack 2: apple, ff sf hot chocolate

    dinner:
    baked acorn squash stuffed with brown rice and a bit of fried tofu (fried in canola)
    sauteed Swiss chard with pine nuts (1 point)

    activity:
    55 min. high intensity boot camp class (burn 4 points)

    later snack, if needed:
    1 orange or some grapes

    Total fruit/veg: 7
    Total milk: 2 (maybe 2 1/2--I'm not counting the cottage cheese)
