lol. I know not another fad diet. I had never heard of it until it popped up on my screen. I just downloaded it 2 days ago. Just wondering if anyone has tried it. I will be starting 2morrow. Physically I know the body should be able to lose weight as fast as it gains it.
There has to be an explanation as to why I can gain 5 lbs a week and can't lose 5 lbs a week. I have prepared the food and bought all the groceries. It seems very str8 forward. My former trainer told me anyone can lose weight fast. He was a former body builder and for 6 weeks b4 competition he only ate letture(and other green veggies) and protein. That and took a daily multivitamin. He also trained intensely and ate large amounts to bulk up. His advice was, if I wanted to do something that drastic I should seek a dietition to make sure I was only getting rid of fat and not muscle. Another mistake he said many make is they do not excercise.
Well I will keep everyone posted on my results. The site claims 10-15 lbs in 4 days. Now I know that won't happen. I really like the food included so I am going to try it and see what happens. I will also be doing 30 min of exercise every morning and every night. Happy weight loss everyone!!
