Planning for Thursday Nov. 9th

  • B- banana, pb on bread, milk
    Sn: kashi oatmeal
    L- turkey wrap, doritos, apple
    S-yogurt
    D- pork loin, mashed potatoes, green beans
  • Breffix - I love that word.
    1 apple
    1 cup grapes
    1 cup skim milk

    S - Banana, if I'm hungry. Who am I kidding? I will be hungry.

    L - 1/2 cup chana masala (homemade!)
    1/4 cup white rice

    S - Fruit NOT cheetos...have to keep telling myself that.

    D - 1/4 cup white rice + assorted veggie curries, maybe some chicken.
    Exercise: I ran (almost) 2 miles today!!! YAY!!!
  • I don't usually plan my days out, one of the things that I love about POINTS is the flexibility. BUT today I am flying out to Vegas and there is a Chick-Fil-a at the airport and that is my FAVORITE. So - - I am planning so that I can work it into my day! Wish me luck!

    B - Yogurt and All Bran Bar (3)
    L - Chicken Carbonara (6)
    S - something sweet, not sure what (2)
    D - Chick-fil-a sandwich and waffle fries (17)

    Total is 28 and I am allowed 26 to 33, so I am safe! Have a great day everyone!

    S- cookies (donating blood)
    L- spagetthi squash with clams, shrimp, and alredo sauce
    S- beef jerkey
    D- I want a hamburger (no bun) and my corn/mushroom mixtured... but I dunno if that will happen
    W- 4-5L (want to have at least 2 done by the time i donate blood)
    E- did 1 hour on my bike already
