Wednesday Planning

  • B - Steel cut oats w/dried fruit and almonds
    S - Green tea
    L - WW Tuna Bake (frozen meal)
    S - Yogurt
    S - Orange
    D - Homemade pizza w/chicken and whatever vegies I have in the fridge
    S - Protein shake (post workout)

    Exercise - Weights (Arms), Cardio low intensity 40 min
    Water - 2.5LT
  • B: Scrambled Egg White
    L: Chicken Salad with Whole Wheat Cracker
    Goldfish crackers
    S: Piece of Fruit
    D: Baked Chicken Breast, green beans, corn

    WO: I'm probable only going to be able to get my 40 minutes of outside walking done because I have to stay at school until probable 7.

    Water: 3 LT
  • B: three egg whites and ff milk
    S: banana and almonds
    L: whole wheat tortilla w/ ham, lettuce, tomato, and ff mayo
    carrots
    S: apple
    D: mahi mahi, broccoli, and cole slaw (no electricity, couldn't cook yesterday)
  • B: Coffee
    S: Pria Bar
    L: Tilapia w/ Brocc
    S: PIneapple
    D: ??? Something not bad for me
    De: 2 sq. choc

    WO: Cardio cardio where fore art thou cardio? Probably tennis, 100 jacks, 50 crunches, 10 flights and throw in a walk with the dog just for fun.
  • B- Black coffee w/splenda, slim-fast meal bar
    L- Turkey sandwich on wheat w/miracle whip and broccoli sprouts
    S- Apple
    D- Some sort of frozen concoction... whatever's on top, I'm thinking.
    S- OJ (with vodka... who am I kidding)

    Not sure how dieting and drinking work or don't work together. But I bet I'm going to find out. I'm certainly not a binge or problem drinker, but I do so love my vodka.

    First time trying it. It was ok.

    D - Salmon; Large Salad

  • I don't get to go to the gym today unfortunately, because I dont get out of work and then school until 10pm

    But so far..

    B: bowl of cheerios and milk
    S: 4 low sodium ritz crackers
    L: chicken sandwich on wheat (had some cheese and mayo..)
    S: Probably just crackers again.
    D: I don't get home til' 10pm, so gonna probably go with top ramen. Ah the joys of a poor college student.
