WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I weigh more than I ever have and I feel it I want to be healthy for my kids. I have bought a food scale and it really helps!! Weighing and measuring food is the key for me.
