  • 9/25: 1 hr weights (personal training session), 30 mins treadmill
    9/26: 45 min treadmill, 30 min weights
    9/27: 20 minute bike ride - then it started pouring!
    9/28: 45 min treadmill, 15 min elliptical
    9/29: 1 hr weights (personal training session), 45 mins treadmill
    9/30: None
    10/1: 45 min weights, 45 min treadmill
  • I messed up my neck so I laid off the gym yesterday but I did get in a long walk.

    I am going to try to get a walk in today as well after work.
  • 9/25/06: 1/2 hr. at Curves at 5:20 AM and a 40 minute walk at lunch
    9/26/06: 40 minute walk at lunch
    9/27/06: 40 minute walk at lunch
    9/28/06: 1/2 hr. at Curves at 5:20 AM and a 40 minute walk at lunch
    9/29/06: 1/2 hr. at Curves at 5:20 AM and a 1 hour walk at lunch
    9/30/06: Walking around a giant flea market all day

    9/26: nothing (planned rest day)
    9/27: 48 min treadmill walk; 30 min upper body/abs
    9/28: 48 min treadmill walk
    9/29: nothing (ugh!)
    9/30: 40 min walk/jog outside (around 2 miles)
    10/1: 60 min walk in the park

    Not much strength training this week...just one day! I need to work on that!

    9/26 - Off Day
    9/27 - Weight Watchers DVD High Intensity
    9/28 - You Can Do... Pilates
    9/29 - Walk Strong (WATP)
    9/30 - Pilates
    10/1 - Yard Work - Mowed Lawn and sprayed off Drive Way
