Mellow Monday Menu, 9/18/06

    d: grilled chicken, potatoes with onions and carrots, corn on the cob
    s: popcorn
  • yesterday was junk food. today will be better.

    b--1 pear
    l--oven fried shrimp, ketchup, asparagus, sliced tomato
    s--banana mango sorbet
    d--1/2 quesadilla
    s--granola bar
    s--BLEWEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Here is my plan:

    bf - quinioa porridge and banana
    lunch - core chili, carrots grapes
    snack - yougurt/apple
    dinner - roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans.
  • b: shredded wheat w/banana, Splenda, skim milk
    l: LO Mexican Beef Stir fry over brown rice, ff yogurt, milk
    s: apple
    d: Crockpot mixed beans & ham, 1 dinner roll (pts), milk

  • Mellow is good - tried to sleep in but luggage and laundry calling me - took me so long to get unpacked and organized!

    Breakfast (11 am) - 1 egg, slices toast w/peanut butter

    Snack: diet pepsi, sunflower seeds

    Lunch: tbd

    Dinner: Meatballs, roast potatoes, squash
