thursday menu, sept 14

  • i had a huge bfast after i got home from ww. i guess it's really brunch, though, so should be all right.

    flex

    brunch--ff gravy, scrambled egg, slice diet toast, oven-fried potatoes, microwave bacon 9 pts
  • BF - grapenuts, 1% milk, banana

    lunch - chicken, lentil and quinio stew (yes, still have that in the freezer!), carrots, ww vanilla yogurt, diet dr pepper.

    snack - pear

    dinner - grilled chicken, tomatoe/cukes, corn on the cob
  • not a great day...

    b: small cup of cheerios (2 pts?)
    l: chicken on a croissant (6 pts); doritos (2 pts); oatmeal creme pie (4 pts)
    s: cup of chicken noodle soup (2 pts) and radishes
    d: brown rice with pinto beans and chicken (flavored with hot sauce) (8 pts?? but it's core)
    s: WW ice cream (2 pts)

    26 pts if doing flex?? This is all just a guess really.
