Tuesday Menus - Sept 5

  • BF - pumpkin snack bread
    snack - 3 slices lean deli roast beef
    lunch - salad with oil and vinegar, avacado and crab on top
    snack - apple or pudding
    dinner - core meatloaf, baked potato, veggie

    night snack - going to stick to tea!

  • Breakfast: sf/ff chocolate cherry yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: bbq chicken breast, brown rice, brocolli w/cheese sauce (frozen)
    red grapes
    4 small peppermint patties!!!

    Snack: 1 banana

    Dinner: tbd??

  • Ended up having a 'light' dinner - lf cottage cheese/sour cream mixed w/chopped veggies - the best was the FRESH PEPPERS from my garden! They were so good - very fresh, crunchy and tasted like peppers! (I made extra for my lunch tomorrow!)
