Tuesday's Tummy Tidbits Menu, August 22, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, peaches, and equal

    Walked 35 minutes on the treadmill (3 points)

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet, slice Bordens FF sharp cheddar, ketchup

    Snack: FF Cottage cheese and grapes

    Dinner: Sirloin chili with beans; Core cornbread

    6 WPA's used for the week - 29 Remaining

  • Breakfast: 1/2 c lf cottage cheese/strawberry mix, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: tossed salad w/olive oil/oregano dressing, tuna salad made w/lf mayo
    fresh strawberries

    Snack: banana, cheese string

    Dinner: tbd (have a pile of chicken drumsticks in fridge - will try and get dh to bake or bbq them - and I am craving some yummy brown rice!)
