Red Plan

  • Hi!
    I'm on the Gold Plan and my husband is interested in joining me in my fitness jouney.

    Can anyone tell me what is on the Red Plan and the portions, I've heard that is most likely the plan he should be on. I don't think the COD would give me the info, unless he joined too.

  • Red is two more ounces of protein than gold, and 1 extra starch, and 1/2 protein

    So:
    2-1/2 Protein (approx. 6oz cooked) 3 Starch, 3 Veg, 3 Fruit, 1 Milk, 1 Fat, 2 Lt bars
  • The protein is 8 oz. chicken or 6 oz. pork or red meat, and 7 oz. most fish. It is raw weight. If it is cooked, subtract an ounce. And add a veggie. I forgot that.
