    I managed to weigh in even with all the first day of school run arounds. I lost .6 lb., which was less than I hoped for but I'll take it, especially since it brought my total loss over 20 lbs. which earned me another star at my meeting. I love those stars.

    Terri, Good idea with the donut. Only way to resist not eating the whole thing.

    I'm pretty proud of myself. I went the the races (they had a special demolition derby and fireworks too) and still did well. I ate at Boston Market first instead of having the junk food they serve at the track. All I had there (at the track) was a soft pretzel and some water.
