Dessert: Core Cherry Garcia smoothie (milk and a fruit)
Breakfast: bagel, lf cream cheese and smoked salmon!!! decaf w/light cream
Lunch: from my freezer - big bowl of froufie soup (looks like tomato/beef/barley/vegetable?)
big vat of fresh sweet juicy red cherries!!!!
Snack: cottage cheese/fruit cup or veggies/dip
Dinner: steak, baked potato, broccoli
