    FF mozzarella cheese
    Carrots
    Strawberries and SF/FF cheesecake pudding

    Dinner
    Pinto beans with salsa
    Skim milk

    Snacks if necessary
    Honeydew melon

    And six 16.9 oz. bottles of water

    l--tortilla crusted tilapia, 1/4 cup pasta, steamed asparagus spears, 1 teaspoon spreadable apricot diluted with just a bit of water.
    s--2 killer brownies/grapes
    d--d--99 cent chicken sandwich, and a small frosty from wendy's.

    Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, and a banana

    Lunch: Not sure

    Dinner: LO Core Chicken chili and Core Corncakes

    Dessert: Core Cherry Garcia smoothie (milk and a fruit)
  • Breakfast: bagel, lf cream cheese and smoked salmon!!! decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: from my freezer - big bowl of froufie soup (looks like tomato/beef/barley/vegetable?)
    big vat of fresh sweet juicy red cherries!!!!

    Snack: cottage cheese/fruit cup or veggies/dip

    Dinner: steak, baked potato, broccoli

    While shopping: cappucinno?
