We are in the middle of a heat wave and my hubby works outside and doesn't like to eat hot foods when it is this hot. When it is this hot I usually make grilled chicken on a salad or ww pasta salad with tuna and veggies. Anyone have any other favorites?

cold soups. Gazpacho, chillled cucumber. Chicken salad is good because it is cold.
