Weekly Behavior Goals 7/31

  • Let's start August off with a bang!!

    My goals are:
    1. Drink my water!
    2. Try 1 new recipe
    3. Exercise 4 times

  • I really need this. I like your goals, Kiko! And I'm already planning a new recipe tonight from the South Beach cookbook so that can count. But I really need to stay totally OP.

    My goals are:
    1. Drink my water!
    2. Try 1 new recipe
    3. Exercise 4 times
    4. Stay totally OP

    Monday: 1)90 ounces of water 2) Tried Rigatoni with Turkey Sausage and Mozzarella from the Quick & Easy book. It's coming back since we all liked it. 3) 60 minutes on the stationary bike 4) Yes! Totally OP!

  • My goals are:
    1. Update this thread daily!
    2. Eat fish two times this week
    3. Eat only one evening meal at the Long Horn and make a good choice
    4. Walk down for the newspaper with a dog as soon as we cool down a bit
    5. Do at least one hour of outside work each day
    6. Clear a niggle a day from the Niggle List

    Sunday: Well, I did eat fish twice this week, ate only one meal at teh LH - taco salad with no shell!, did not do a dog walk, definitely did not update my post daily, cleared a lot of niggles. Next week will be better! It was way too hot to work outside but I did get on the treadmill twice for short stints.

    1. Get at least 4 cups of veggies in
    2. 64 oz of water each day
    3. Exercise 4 times
    4. Eat Red meat only 1x this week

  • My goals are to continue drinking 6-8 glasses of water, exercise 3-4x a week and lose 15lbs.
  • My goals are:
    1. Drink more water!
    2. Eat Breakfast!
    3. Something physical (exercise) everyday.
    4. Stay on plan (esp Thursday when Phase 2 starts)

  • I'm jumping back on the bandwagon, too! For August, my goals will be -

    1. Drink at least 64oz. water.
    2. Exercise 4 - 5 times a week.
    3. Avoid those frozen alcoholic drinks!
    4. Stay on plan!

    Monday - Already cheated, but tomorrow starts the new month. I DID go to Curves, though!

  • My goals for August....probably will stay on phase 1 for a few extra days to achieve the minimum of 8-12 lbs lost. Need the strength to stay in that realm of the diet for a little bit longer (I know I know, it's not by the book, but Dr. A says not to stay on it for too extended a period of time, I don't think a few extra days is going to hurt)

    1. Stay on P1 for 2-5 extra days
    2. drink more water!!!
    3. hit the gym atLEAST 3x/week
    4. start working on the ab lounger that's collecting dust
