I lost 50 lbs..
I never thought that I would make it this far! I always seem to sabatage myself way before now!
But since I have found this site and everyone is so supportive and helpful I found it to be much more enjoyable and easier.
19 lbs still to go before I hit my first big goal. I have already decided when that one is reached I am going to add more weight lose to it.
Thanks to all of you I have more confidence that I can get even smaller.

50 is huge. I know the feeling of sucess. I to want to go bit more when I reach my first goal. You just have to take it a few at a time. Walk on girl!!!
