    I'm so thrilled that I had to post since I know you guys will understand. Finally this morning, the scale moved, and it moved four pounds which puts me down 100 lbs from my starting weight. The scales had hardly moved since mid June, and I had started to get worried that maybe everything I was doing wasn't working anymore (!?!). Plus I turned my ankle last week and had to decide to quit doing my WATP until it completely quits hurting. Whew! what a relief to know that everything's still working.
